Online G - Features
1. Complainant
When the petitioner or person who makes a complaint, first registers the personnel details and nature of the complaint with details and he/she gets a unique reference number URN.Complaint Status also updated via email to petitioner.He/she can check status of the complaint in the portal with the reference number provided at registration.

The Students are able to check the status of the complaints real time, Online. The easy to know step regarding their grievance.

3. Institution
Grievance Committee Admin
The Institution has super user account who create the account for redressal committee members and allocate the staff to view their nature of complaints, eg:- Ragging, Hostel, Admission etc, which is confidential to allowed users. Admin can take monthly reports of the complaints with complete details to forward it to AICTE.

Each member of the committee receive a username and password (created by master admin) which he/she uses to view complaints and update its status after resolved, which will get updated to petitioner via email.

Why Online 'G'?
AICTE wants every institution under its control to be Installed with an online system which Redress such Grievances and give a Monthly summary of the complaints received, resolved and pending.

How Does It Work?
Since all the colleges have a website of its own, the online 'G' works seamlessly within website.
Grievance Management Flow
Student/Staff/Parents
- Enters the personnel, department and other respective details
- Enters grievance message and uploads attachments if needed
- Complainant & phone number will be verified with OTP check before submit
- Receives Unique Reference Number (URN) for his complaint
- receives email notification whenever there is change in status
Grievance Committee Admin
- Get email notification regarding arrival of new grievance
- Checks and assigns it to respective grievance committee member.
- Default status of new complaint: Pending
- Get updates on the grievance in mail notifications
Grievance Committee Staff
- Get email & sms notification
- View the details of the grievance in system
- Verifies and changes the status to processing, rejected, resolved
- Add comments to the grievance
